From time to time I will offer a tip of the day, that is some business ‘tips’. Perhaps you would like to keep a notebook handy just for this purpose – because I will often ask you to write things down. Being in business is a long journey… but you never forget the first customer. Can you remember how you felt when you got your first customer?
