Social Media Do’s and Dont’s

Social Media (all forms) is often lauded as the great promotional tool for business. Yet often it is misused and misunderstood. If you think about it as a conversation, that is both listening and talking tool then the value is so much greater.

Here is an interview I did recently on building a brand versus a communication strategy on social media. (3 mins)

Put yourself in the shoes of your customers – how, why and what do they want to hear about you? Do you have a plan? Are there benchmarks for success? Do you have a tone or a voice that is consistent and what is expected of your brand?
