Naomi Simson travel
Too slimy for me

Last week in amongst all of the speaking engagements and travel I got to ‘experience’ some new things….  before I left the Endota conference in Bali – my hosts decided a I needed to experience a ‘fish’ spa… now I have done a lot of things but this was really scary…I struggled to keep my feet in the water…eek.

I got back from Bali Wednesday morning – and went straight into a very productive board meeting with our new chairman…from there a speaking engagement for the Customer Experience managers of Toyota – Mia Freedman interviewed Maxine McKew and I about our customer experiences. In the evening it was dinner at Aria for a business round table program.

I was on the 6.00am flight to Melbourne Thursday and drove straight to Sale for a funeral with family. From Eastern Victoria, via Warrigal to see my new great niece, Geelong for dinner with family – then arrived at Colac in Western Victoria.

7.00am Friday I spoke for the Colac business group on Customer experience – such a wonderfully welcoming group – we had lot’s of fun. Then we went to the Otway Ranges to experience ‘The Zip‘ – and tree top walk… I was still tottering around in the same heels I had worn for three days… the people at the experience lent me some Crocks so I could experience the wilderness… so funny (no photo of me in purple Crocks and my red suit)…. the weekend continued at a similar pace.
