Last week was the juggle between school holidays and the beginning of the financial year. At RedBalloon it was all about signing off plans, reviewing budgets, looking at resources and writing performance reviews. Whilst on the home front there were dentist, podiatrist and chiropractor appointments. (And a vet appointment too).

Who was it that designed the school holidays to coincide with the new financial year? – It must have been a bloke.

This week is no different. Juggling my daughter’s driving time and my son’s need for new runners amongst my RedBalloon work. There will be lunches with the new RedBallooners, finalizing the new book’s website and of course finishing the reviews.

I’m glad to be in Sydney all week.
