Every day when I am getting ready for work…. I think about how my day is going to go. Many days I talk out loud to myself, sometimes to the mirror (my husband is used to it but he still laughs at me). I create the day. If I do this I usually have a great day and get a lot done.  I loved this quote that my friend Shona Mackin forwarded to me.
