Christmas is in full swing at RedBalloon – with lot’s of records being broken including passing 888,888 on our BHAG scoreboard on Saturday…

Adelaide was a productive trip last week – introducing the Recognition Every Day (RED) Toolkit to many businesses and enjoying fabulous South Australian hospitality.

I was included in the Dynamic Business Magazine and Symantec Technology Round table – and I was very pleased to have my colleague Roneel join me – as he is far closer to all things technical at RedBalloon.

Thursday I received a very thorough briefing in preparation for being a speaker at the AMP conference early in the new year.

Friday I enjoyed the experience of being a guest on ABC Radio National Lifematters – all about unwanted gifts. Then I hosted a round table with HR Leader on ‘where to from here’ with employee well-being and engagement… and then I met Tony Palmer of C4 fame who has some fabulous new experiences for RedBalloon.
