Last week I stayed in central Australia after my speaking engagement at Alice Springs. I took a week to wander back to Ayers Rock, visit Kings Canyon and do the loop road back to Alice. Then traveled overnight on the Ghan to Adelaide.

Friday night was the end of year celebration for all RedBallooners including partners and children – what a wonderful dinner, (and candy bar)… before we headed to our tents on Cockatoo Island on Sydney Harbor. There was about 100 of us in total… oh my goodness we are getting to be a bigger tribe. Congrats to the employee experience team – who created another spectacular RedBalloon event.

Tuesday: Visit to OzHarvest in Sydney and Prof Veena Sahajwalla from the Uni of NSW is coming to present a Lunch and Learn for the RedBallooners
Wednesday: Celebration lunch for all the RedBallooners who have been promoted in the last few months
Thursday: Gold Coast for to speak at an AICD lunch
Friday: Senior Leadership meeting, & Board Meeting

I leave for Istanbul on Sunday to attend the Entrepreneur Organizations Conference.
