I had the privilege of learning from Gail Kelly (CEO – St George) last week. There was much she shared about her journey. But two things that impacted me.

• She really really cares about people – authentically. She sees her role as custodian of the St George culture.
• That the greatest gift we have is the power of choice. We are responsible.The word Responsibility has two parts:Response– We get to choose our response to any circumstance.Ability– We have the ability to respond in anyway we choose.
